Intellectual property
The design of the City Clock, the photographs, the texts and the drawings on this site are our property. They may not be reproduced or reused without our written agreement. The Arduino source code we provide is, on the contrary, yours to modify and share freely.
Personal data
To process an order we collect your name, postal address, email address and phone number. We use them for that order and nothing else: to ship your parcel, to keep you informed, and to answer you if you write to us. We never sell or pass this data on.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never pass through our site and we never store them.
Order data is kept for the duration required by accounting obligations. You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to us — we answer every message. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Audience measurement and cookies
We measure how many people visit the site so that we know what is worth improving. Advertising tools may also place cookies on your browser; you can refuse them in your browser settings without affecting your ability to order.
Prices, orders and delivery
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, shipping excluded. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown before payment, on the product page. An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted, and a confirmation email is sent to you.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, with no justification needed — one day more than the 14 days required by French law. Send the Clock back to us in a condition allowing resale: return shipping is at your expense, and we refund your whole order, including the delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
If something arrives broken, write to us and we will send the replacement part free of charge. Legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply in full.
Disputes
If a disagreement cannot be settled between us, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: [mediator name and address — to be completed]. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French law applies.
